Basel live from the heart of its city
This webcam, probably one of the best city webcams, gives you a global overview of the city of Basel. It is located at the top of the Warteck tower in Kleinbasel, which used to be the premises of a beer brewing company of the same name.
The webcam depicts the River Rhine, flowing from the left to the right of the picture, and the second oldest bridge in Basel, the Wettsteinbrücke. In the background you can recognise Basel’s famous cathedral, called the Basel Münster, with its two elegant towers.
The webcam is updated every 15 minutes.
