The Kunsthaus Zürich is home for one of the most important art collections in Switzerland, with exhibits from the Middle Ages until today, collected by the local art association called Zürcher Kunstgesellschaft.
Some of the artists, whose work can be admired at the Kunsthaus Zürich, are Alberto Giacometti, Edvard Munch, Johann Heinrich Füssli, Ferdinand Hodler, Jacques Lipchitz, Pipilotti Rist and Peter Fischli.
